I've started invisalighn treatment I'm into my 13th tray and have notice my temples and cheeks have sunken in .... Would these go back to normal after my treatment is complete ?

It is an option but doesn't really make sense. Invisalign charges the same to the doctor if they treat one arch or two. So, just get invisalign on both and be done.
