At the same settings, which between IPL and V Beam is more aggressive on the skin and has a greater risk of causing hyperpigmentation?
Which is More Aggressive Between IPL and V Beam?

IPL and VBeam both help redness but are completely different lasers
Comparing IPL and VBeam is like comparing apples and oranges. You cannot compare settings as they are different devices. Plus, there are multiple different IPL devices, each of which may vary in effectiveness. VBeam is usually more effective for veins and vascular lesions while IPL is usually the best treatment for treating hyperpigmentation and diffuse redness. IPL usually has more of a risk of causing hyperpigmentation as a side effect but any device can cause it in a susceptible individual, especially if instructions are not followed by the patient or the device is not operated correctly.
