Could One Do an IPL Again over the Burn Spot from Previous IPL?

Yes, you can retreat over a previously burned site but it's not going to improve the spot if that's what you're asking, unless it is hyperpigmented and you're trying to lighten the area. Please be careful with your treatments though and make sure whomever is doing them knows you were previously burned so the settings can be adjusted accordingly!
