How Long Do the Results of IPL Last?

I am considering having a series of IPL treatments for brown sun spots and freckles on my face. I am assuming that the results of this series of treatments will not be permanent and will need repeating every so often?

Lasting effects of IPL

You are entirely correct in that the effects if IPL will last as long as you avoid sun exposure.  Since we all generally continue to have some sun in our lives, the IPL treatments need to be repeated.  But they are easy and require no recovery, so it really isn't a problem.
