IPL permanent hair removal may be performed on olive-colored skin.

The best candidate for IPL permanent hair removal has snow-white skin, and coarse, black hair. As long as your hair is fast-growing, thick and dark, you should do well with IPL permanent hair removal. You may require up to 10 treatments to achieve 75%-90% permanent hair reduction.
