Can IPL Hair Removal Be Done Next to Labial Varicosities?

I am 32 & had the labial lumps come up in my teenage years. I haven't been pregnant. I wondered in IPL hair removal if they would treat them as a mole & paint/cover them white, or if is advisable not to have the IPL. Also, I did have an operation 4 years ago where my gynaecologist burned them off but they came back soon after. Would you advise stripping the veins or sclerotherapy injections or would they reappear anyway? Sometimes they swell up more & are uncomfortable. Thank you!
