IPL Doctor Recommendations in Las Vegas?

I have 2 facial scars from a cosmetic surgery which have a plum color halor around them. The surgery was done over 3 years ago and the discoloration is still there. I was wondering if there are any good experienced IPL people here in Vegas that can hopefully help me and also what the price would be.
