IPL for Darker Skin Tone?
I'm east Indian and have bruise like spots under each corner of my eye. Can that be treated? will it get lighter or darker? (I've read some crazy stories)
I'm 26 and have a 5 month old...it has gotten worse after my pregnancy and I'm still nursing, do i have to wait?

IPL for darker skin
It is very important to remember that if doing an IPL you first treat with creams like Retin A. This will help prevent post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
