The main issue concerning age and any cosmetic treatment is being of a legal and/or mature enough age to understand the risks and benefits of a particular treatment. 23 years of age is certainly not too early to start IPL.

I want to get the IPL treatment for my blemishes and some acne scars. Is there an age requirement for this treatment? I'm 23.
