Invisalign is made from clear medical grade plastics
Simple question for sure. Its made of non toxic, medical grade acrylic that is hypoallergenic. It does not contain any of the materials used in plastic water bottles that everyone is starting to be concerned with. Not to worry.

Invisalign aligners are made of a medical grade polyurethane resin.
They do not contain Bisphenol-A or phthalate plasticizers. Extensive tests have been conducted to determine that the material is bio-compatible, non-toxic and safe for human wear in the mouth.
