Invisalign for Crowded Teeth
Your teeth are extremely crowded, requiring arch expansion. Invisalign would NOT be the treatment of choice.

Invisalign for severe crowding
I have done similar cases with Invisalign with no extractions and little interproximal stripping.
In experienced hands the arches can be expanded and the instanding teeth proclined outwards,.
You may need some stripping near the end to eradicate blak soft tisse triangular spaces etc.
Treatment time is usually about 15-18 months but patients do not mind as Invisalign is virtually invisible.

Invisalign for severly crowded teeth
You have some significant crowding which will require lots of expansion. Invisalign can be done but it is not the best choice
