Invisalign with Permanent Bridges?

Front 6 teeth are 2 separate 3 tooth bridges that are separating in the middle, small over bite and wide spacing on bottom teeth. Can Invisalign be used with permanent bridges?

The first thing you should find out is why is the space starting to appear? If there is an underlying force causing the teeth to separate, Invisalign will close the space only to have the underlying force open it back up again.
