Invisalign Teen allows treatment before permanent teeth are erupted
Invisalign Teen makes accomodations for the orthodontist or dentist to estimate the amount of space required for premolar and canine teeth to erupt. Using radiographs and a clinical examination, the doctor will program the amount of space required for those teeth to come in.
Second molars do not have to be fully erupted as there are eruption tabs available to allow them to come into place.

Okay to get Invisalign as long as all baby teeth are gone
This could be as early as 11 for girls and 12-14 for boys because they mature later. Only a set of xrays can determine where all the teeth are.

Age Minimum for Invisalign
There is no minimal age, however, Invisalign Teen is available only to children/teens who have lost all of their baby teeth and their second molars are nearly fully erupted.

Age isn't a factor
What is needed is all baby teeth out and permanent second molars fully erupted. Normally, this is around age 12, but some people get their teeth early, some late. Most often, invisalign is around age 15.
