Is It Ok to Keep Invisalign out for an Hour or So for Dinner?
Is it ok if I do not wear them for an entire hour or so sometimes? (If I leave them out for more then 15 minutes, it seems harder to put back and it feels like my teeth may have already shifted.)

Invisalign tray out for eating
Yes it's fine, in fact you are supposed to take the trays out to eat. Up to two hours during a 24-hour period is fine to leave the trays out.
