I'm 31 and I have this transposed and rotated left canine I want to fix with braces. I don't want fixed braces, so my dentist proposed two options: Invisalign or lingual braces. I prefer Invisalign, but I don't know if it will work for me. I also understand that with Invisalign, it's not easy to predict the movement. In any case, the dentist suggests removal of an upper left premolar, to make enough space for the canine. I'd also like to know about the duration of the treatment. Thanks in advance!

There is certainly a range of how long the trays get worn by that seems on the short side. I would verify with your doctor that this is the protocol they want you to stick too.
I CM overbite is quite an overbite. Often it will take 18 months of braces and possibly jaw surgery to advance the mandible to correct it. Cost for braces is about 6500$ US and Jaw Surgery is similar.
