Under Eye Filler After Having Silikon 1000 in the Area?

I do not want to get more Silikon 1000 injected & I'm not ready to go under the knife (afraid of unpredictable results because of the Silikon there). Looking for a NYC doctor who specializes in lower lid fillers & is familiar with Silikon complications to "blend" area.
