Do most insurance providers cost gastric bypass surgery, or can it be used to offset at least some of the cost?

Insurance coverage for gastric bypass
Insurance coverage is variable by states. Some states like New York have excellent coverage for bariatric surgery where other states like Florida have little coverage for bariatric surgery. You should check with your insurance carrier to see what the requirement might be for your plan.
