Inplantar's Wart Size of a Quarter? (photo)

I've had this wart since I was a kid at age 10 I'm now 26 and just realized what it was. I got Co2 Laser twice 1st back in Nov 2011 then recent in March 2012, it still came back. Now I'm getting Pulse Dye Laser, already had 2 treatments and with a new doctor. I still it have this painful wart and it seems as if it's more painful and not decreasing in size? Is that due to scar tissue? My concern is should I continue the Pulse Dye or get another Co2 treatment? Any suggestions?
