Injections of Essentiale (Phosphatidylcholine) Affecting Adjacent Areas

I have had injections of Essentiale (phosphatidylcholine) in my upper and bottom tummy 3days ago I experienced the usual effect post injections (burning, swelling) However what I have noticed today (3rd day) is softness of the treated areas (still swollen) but also on the mid part of my tummy which was quite tight before. Seems as if I gained a few kilos on that area of my tummy in 2 days. Can phosphatidylcholine affect areas adjacent to those injected?
