Eczema went away in adolescence and re-emerged during a camping trip at age 24, (I'm 29 now). It's been terrible ever since, and I receive steroid injections twice a year. I've noticed over the past year or so that I've developed Denny Morgan lines (& they're growing), as well as have become aware of Allergic Shiners (though i feel I've always had them). I was wondering a relatively non-invasive treatment (injections > surgery) to get rid of these. Restylane? Botox?

There is no problem wearing contact lenses if you have had fillers in the tear trough areas. Wait about 2 days after the injections before pulling on the skin, but you should always be gently with the skin in this area since it is delicate.
I always advise patients to refrain from using any alpha-hydroxy acids or Retin-A for a few days after the injections. Otherwise, you can resume your usual skin care regime after the injections.
