Does Injectable HGH Work for Anti-aging?

Hello, I am from Turkey. I am 30 years old, my main problem is sagging skin, loosing firmness of my skin.
I found a prof./dr. who apply serious HGH (Human Growth Hormone) therapy. I really wonder if I use this hormone(with injection) under control of my doctor, will I have good results? Does injectable HGH work or not? Is it safe? Thank you.
