i'm 30 yrs, 5'3, 98 lbs, 34A. i eat healthy, excerise and am overall happy with my body-- with the exception of my fat ankles/calves/knees, which seem unaffected by diet/excersise. considering lipo, but have read potential future weight gain can be redistributed to new places (face, back etc). i'm not planning to gain weight, but if i did, even 5 lbs would be noticable on my small frame. Could fat grafting to breast help mitigate that risk should weight gain occur? Is there a better option?
