Does hair transplant results heart attact or cancers in long term?

Hair transplant surgery does not directly effect cancer or heart attack risks.  There are no vaccines involved in hair transplant surgery.

There is no connection between heart disease or cancer and hair transplants. The hair transplants are done under local anesthesia so there should be no impact on your heart, but if you have known heart disease, you must tell your doctor before it is done as this may change the risk factor with the local anesthesia.
