CT scan PNS Mild mucosal thickening is noted in left maxillary sinus - S/o sinusitis. Bilateral osteomeatal complexes are patent. Nasal septum is mildly deviated with presence of spur on left side. Sphenoid ,right maxillary, bilateral ethmoid and frontal sinuses are clear with no mucosal hypertrophy. Bony walls are intact. Nasopharynx and orbits are grossly normal. That's it! Do I have to worry about something? Do I have something serious? Your expert advice is much appreciated.

After nasal surgery, the splints and tape can cause abrasions or sores. Usually these heal with ointment and dressings but it is best to follow up closely with the surgeon who performed the rhinoplasty to monitor it. Hope this helps.
