I have an asymmetrical smile & after having 3 botox treatments per year my doctor recommends surgery. Should I do it? (Photo)

even after getting botox the improvment is very mild and i have a major asymmetry when i smile the right side of my lip is quite sharp but the left side deviates downwards and its vry embarassing for me to smile so should i go ahead with surgery or stick to botox ?
