Why is There an Indent when I Push my Breasts Together?

I had 375 under the muscle smooth implants put in 6 weeks ago. When I stand relaxed they look normal, but when I push them together there is an indent in my left breast where the clevage is and the right looks a little deformed. It looks ridiculous, is this the surgeons mistake or just because of my body or the implant? I am extremely disappointed! :(

Your results are very nice and you should really enjoy them. No one starts off with perfect breasts to begin with. No surgery is ever perfect. You look good.

Medial irregularity post breast augmentation

The photos demonstrate a minor medial bulge of your left breast when you push your implants medially. This may reflect your underlying anatomy or an over dissection at this point. If this defect annoys you enough, I am afraid that re-operation will probably be imperfect too. Enjoy your beautiful results

The structures that are causing this issue are tissues that are rather elastic and will likely stretch over time. When you push as you are in the photographs, you are pushing up against this muscle attachment and seeing any irregularity present... more
