Indent on the Corner of my Nose After IPL

I recently had IPL to minimize broken vessels around the edges of my nose. On one side I was zapped so hard that it caused a scab. After the scab healed a new broken vessel appeared and I had and indent in the crease between my nose and cheek. From a distance it almost looks like a have a hole or a huge pore. Is there anything I can do to help minimize this indent. Would a filler e a possibility?
