Increased Abdominal Pain After Tummy Tuck?

I had a panniculectomy in February, then in June I had to have a scar revision because of an open would and possible seroma. Now I have a lumpy tender spot with moderate pain that increases with movement and more prominent on the right side. What could be the cause of this pain and what should I do to alleviate the pain and swelling in this area? (Should mention that I had WLS, belt lipectomy, and 2 ulcer perforation repairs)
