Inconsistent Compression Garment Use After Lipotherme

I had Lipotherme done on my chin and neck 10 days ago. I have not been faithfully wearing my compression garment because it's very uncomfortable. It makes me breakout and it itches. I have only been trying to wear it when I am at home. The swelling has gone down alot since the procedure but I still have a little swelling. Am I jepordizing my results by not consistiently wearing the garment?
