How can I bulk up my super skinny lower body? I am a 33 year old man with a lower body of a 10 year old, my legs below my knees are like twigs.

I think I need calf implants but also ankle augmentation, I mean my ankles are super super skinny. What can I do to improve the appearance of my lower body?

Two implants are place in each calf to mimic the two heads of the gastrocnemius muscle. In some patients, the operation can be performed with sedation and local anesthesia.

Improving the lower body

You can't fight your own genetics and I wouldn't recommend implants.  I suggest you go to an excellent personal trainer and get on a massive weight training program to bulk up what muscles you have.  That would be the safest plan and the result wouldn't carry the risk of surgery.  No quick...
