A rhinoplasty will alter the shape of your nose to the degree that you want and is only limited by factors such as the original shape and size, thickness of the skin and function. We normally want to achieve a nose that improves your features and corrects the features that bother you. The nose should look natural and compliment your facial features. I would suggest that you consult two or three different surgeons (facial plastic or plastic surgeons with experience in rhinoplasty) to get an idea of their surgical and aesthetic philosophies and see who you feel comfortable with.
