How can I fix my breasts? They are deflated and saggy after breastfeeding. As every other women i would like to avoid scarring from lifts, but am assuming that is what I will need. But would love to hear feedback from the experts to have a better idea of my choices. Could I get an implant instead? I don't want the perfect breasts, I just want breasts that don't look fake, but that gives me confidence. Currently a size 32 D, but I do have some stretched skin at the top of the breasts.

Breast asymmetry can be corrected without implants.

Hi. 1)  You have significant asymmetry of the breasts.  You need a vertical internal (Lejour or Hall-Findlay technique) breast lift which will leave you with lollipop scars and good long term shape. 2)  There are two ways to correct the breast asymmetry.  The first way is to do a small breast reduction of your left breast together with the breast lift.  The size of your right breast would then remain the same. 3)  The second way to make the breasts... more

Breast Augmentation / lifting Surgery

Thank you for your question and photos. From the photos, it does look like you would benefit from a breast lift as well as breast implants to achieve the fullness you wish for. Please visit with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience with this type of breast surgery and who can show you examples of his/her work. Best Wishes!

Improving sagging breasts

A breast lift will make you more youthful, toned, better shaped but not fake. This plus an implant can add some fullness but stay natural with the right implant. An implant alone will actually look worse than doing nothing. Good luck.

Saggy and deflated breasts

You have a breast that hangs significantly over the inframammary fold, and a nipple below the level of the fold. Since an implant rests above the fold, it will not fill out the lower pole of the breast, and the lower pole will hang off of the implant resulting in a "double bubble" or "snoopy" breast. You can have a lift alone, if you are happy with your breast size and understand that a lift alone will not give you more fullness in the upper pole of the breast... more

Deflated and Saggy breasts

The "deflated" needs to be addressed with an implant to augment the volume. The "saggy" requires a breast lift to addjust the skin envelope and nipple position and asymmetry. Ordinarily, the improved size and shape make the usually minimal scars acceptable. This surgery can be done at one time although some surgeons prefer to perform it in two stages. Good luck

Saggy and deflated breast options

It is important first to understand what implants and lifts do and don't do. An implant is pillow volume but does not lift the breast. It gives it more forward projection and fills out areas that are deficient such as the upper pole area but the minimum size increase is one cup size and probably isn't feasible in your case because the breast is too low -- the test is where the nipple sits in relation to the crease behind it. If the nipple is lower than 2 cm below the crease level... more

Breast Lift and Implants

With the extra skin associated with your breasts after breast feeding and pregnancy, I would recommend a lift to achieve a more youthful breast shape. Given your question, I think you agree as well. The scarring associated with a breast lift does not have to be extreme, but keep in mind that the majority of breasts heal well with minimal appearance of the scars over time. As far as implants are concerned, implant augmentation alone would give you an appearance that you would not find... more

How can I improve my saggy deflated breasts?

I'm afraid that the only way to predictably improve the shape of your breasts is with a lift.  As you mention, the downside is the scarring, which is more extensive than if you have an implant.  An implant will make your breasts bigger and will take up some of the slack skin, but not enough to give you back a nice shape. In fact tthe worry about putting an implant in without a lift, is that the breast would 'fall off' the implant and give you a 'double bubble... more
