How to Improve Neck Skin Laxity of a Smoker?

I am a 51 year old female diabetic, hypertensive, and a smoker (15 per day). How can I stop or improve neck skin laxity?

Stop Smoking!

The single best thing that you can do to improve your skin and for your general health and the health of everyone around you is Stop Smoking.  Additionally, smokers are not good surgical candidates due to wound healing problems.
