What Can I Do to Improve my Buccal Area and Smile?

I really dislike my mouth/ buccal area/ smile. I had orthodontic treatment as a teenager but still I believe my teeth and gums are protruding and that gives me a not very feminine/balanced expression.
I have a gummy smile and I don't like my profile. I also believe I have a weak chin. I would like to ask you if this can be corrected and if so, what would be the best approach. I'm considering orthognathic surgery. What do you believe would help me? Thank you.
