I have always disliked the shape and look of my nipples and breasts. I am a 34C right now, would small implants to improve the shape be a good idea? I am only 5'3" and don't want my breasts to look too big or fake.

Lift and Implanst Necessary To Acheive Desired Shape
Anytime a patient's nipples point downward off the botom of the breast, a lift is going to be necessary to achieve a better shape. An implant would provide some volume and perhaps more of a rounder shape on the sides, but the natural breast tissue would still point down off the implants in an unnatural way. You need to lift the breast tissue up onto the implant itself. I hope this helps.

Breast lift and augmentation
From the photo it looks like you may need a lift and an augmentation to achieve what you desire. An exam would be important.

Breast implants will not change the natural shape of your breasts.
Implants will enhance your natural shape. A breast lift and implant will make your breasts more attractive.

Breast shaping
Implants do NOT shape breasts. The implant just makes bigger what you naturally have. You need to remove skin and possible breast tissue to reshape your breasts. You need a breast lift with a small impant 250-275cc to fill out volume in your breast. This will not make you bigger, but more fuller and rounder looking.
