Its been about a yr and 1/2 since i had my implants and my left breast still looks a little high and a lot fuller then my right. Does this look normal because my surgon seems to think they are fine and blames it on my depression. Is this whats going on or is there something wrong with my implants?

There are mild differences in your breast sizes but they are in the range of normal and, in my opinion, not worth revising.

Implant asymmetry
All breasts are slightly different and therefore some asymmetry is normal. Your breasts look very nice in the photo.

Exact Symmetry Does NOT Exist in Nature
While your breasts are not exactly the same, your photo shows a beautiful result. The asymmetry that exists before surgery persists after surgery. Judging from your nipple/areoalar complexes, it is likely that your left inframammary fold was slightly higher than your right fold before the surgery was performed.

Appearance of breasts after implants
You may want to look at your photos prior to your surgery. The differences in position of your areolas/nipples were probably there. Most patients do not notice these differences. These can in most cases be easily corrected by adjusting the height of the areola which I usually do at the intial surgey but can be done later.

In the same vein, a handful of people are born with symmetrical features. The vast majority of women have different size / located breasts, cheek bones, eyes, buttocks etc.
As regards breasts, the...

Imperfect breasts
Rarely are breasts perfectly symmetrical to begin with and I can see hints in the photos that yours probably weren't. Maybe your own asymmetry has just been magnified. At any rate, while the result isn't perfect, it is reasonable enough that you probably should look deeper inside for the source of your unhappiness rather than using the implants to avoid the inward search.

A little asymmetry after breast implants is OK.
Hi.
Going by the one picture, I would say you have rather a good result after breast implants with a little difference from side to side. I would not suggest a revision even though they are not perfect. Since they seem good enough, you need to really ask yourself what's making you unhappy.
