Can Implants Under the Muscle Be Moved to over Externally by Manipulation by Surgeon

I have seen other posts that it is possible to move implants from under the muscle to over but no mention of the procedure for this. Is it basically another operation. Opening the current scar and pocket or can the surgeon move it with their hands externally or by key hole.

Pocket Position

If you have only had one primary operation, you would need a surgical procedure to open a new surgical plane for implant repositioning.

Changing implant position

If you want the implant pocket position changed, you would need another operation.  The choice of pocket depends upon your goals.

Changing below the muscle implants to over the muscle requires an operation

Sometimes implant position needs to be changed. If you have implants that are under the muscle and they need to be moved to over the muscle, this can only be done with an operation.  They cannot be moved by manual manipulation.  A new pocket needs to be carefully created during surgery.
