I had 350cc cohesive silicone implants put in 3 days ago via the peri-aereola approach. Just now I lifted my laptop onto my lap and felt a sharp "pop" feeling inside my right breast (behind the nipple area) followed by a burning sensation. Now, 10 minutes later, it feels fine. What happened? How can I know if I popped a stitch?

Popping sound?

If you recently had a breast augmentation and literally heard a pop, you may have torn a suture.  It may be nothing but you may want to talk to your doctor.

Pop in breast after BAM

Sounds like a suture did pop, but no way to be sure without exam.  Also, even if it did pop, it may be just fine.  The burning may be a nerve that was in the area. Tell your doctor.
