Hi I have had 2 implants in my upper to hold my denture. They keep coming out.

Dental implants are a very effective and they work very well. The problem is that you do not have enough dental implants to hold your upper denture. You are loading too much pressure (bite pressure) over 2 dental implants and that makes it difficult to become steady or strong. My suggestion is to divide all that bite force over 6 dental implants, this would make all the masticatory forces to be more distributed. You case has a solution, speak with your dentist. You usually need 4 implants in the upper arch to have it work with a denture.  Your case is bound to fail unfortunately.

Two implants for an upper denture is usually doomed. If you get two more with a metal base denture it may help.
