I had a baby 19 months ago and got silicon breast implant via armpit a years ago and now i want to get my implants fixed due to uneven nipples, but the problem is my breasts still produce milks sometimes. My breasts are soft and normal and i am not suffering any pain. It seems like one dropped lower than the other.
