I can't tell from your posting whether you want anything done other than implant removal and whether the implants are saline, intact gel, or ruptured gel, and if they are encapsulated or not.  All of these issues play into the degree of difficulty in their removal. Thank you for the question. Check with the American Board of Plastic Surgery and/or The American Society of Plastic Surgeons for plastic surgeons appropriately trained and certified. This is a good place to start. Breast implant removal in Seattle

Breast implant removal can be perfomed by any of the American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeons in Seattle.  How you end up looking has more to do with where you started, how long it's been and how big you went as opposed to the surgeon removing the implants.  I often do a breast lift at the same time as implant removal if I think the patient will have  a lot of sagging after removal.  This will leave a patient with small but perky breasts and... more
