I"m a size 34D now. I'm getting breast implants soon. I want a full breast look, without the huge breast impact. I've been considering a 421cc or 457cc midrange silicone implant. Or, should I go with a smaller implant choice? Trying to make my final choice but would like some more imput about my selections.

Implant choice

It is difficult to suggest an implant for you without a proper evaluation. This requires a full exam reviewing your anatomy and a discussion of your goals. This is because people are all built differently.

Implant size selection

It is impossible to answer your question fully without photos. However, if you are already a 34D and plan to get implants I the mid 400 range you will certainly be rather large. If you have seen one or more plastic surgeons, you should be receiving... more

Full Look Implants

A 34D I would say is a full looking breast and without pictures it is hard to say if those sizes will achieve the look you are looking for. I would say anything in the 400's might give you significant larger breast and to maybe to go with something in the upper 300's to achieve the fullness your looking for. Good Luck!

Choosing your Breast Implant Size

Thank you for your question. This is a very common question. I ask that each patient communicate with me through photographs of what they "like" and "don't like" in terms of size, shape, etc. In my practice, I use temporary sizers during the procedure and adjust the size to achieve the patient's goals. The patient is sat upright 3-5 times through out the procedure to check for size, symmetry and pocket dissection. I have all sizes of implants... more
