I Am Almost 4 Weeks Post Op from Having Rhinoplasty and Am Concerned with Removing Makeup off my Nose?

I am almost 4 weeks post op from having rhinoplasty and am concerned with removing makeup off my nose. my nose at this point is still a little tender to the touch but not as much as the first 2 weeks. Will gently removing the makeup off my nose with a facial wipe affect the final outcome with my nose ?

Make-Up After Rhinoplasty

Usually, a patient can apply makeup after the splint is removed at 7 days which is not a problem. Most of the bruising will subside 7-10 days after your rhinoplasty. You can certainly remove makeup on your nose at one month which is not a problem.

Rhinoplasty and makeup

Dear stephaniebranton, Gently removing your makeup should not affect your outcome Just be extra gentle in the areas that you are tender Best regards, Nima Shemirani
