I Am 5 Weeks into my Closed Septoplasty and my Nose Feels Bubbly Throughout the Day is This Normal?

If you only had a Septoplasty there should not be any external indications or swelling. Swelling of the septal tissues could give a nasal congestion sensation. You may want to ask your Rhinoplasty Surgeon this question for his/her input.
