It sounds like the ingredients should be ok for surgery. Sometimes we worry that herbals can impact your bruising or blood pressure, but this should have run through you, not been absorbed. You need to hydrate well, so you are not dehydrated. Please run all this by your surgeon performing the procedure - he/she is ultimately responsible. Best of luck!
