I Had a Scratch on Nose my Dr Told Me to Put Silverdine on It. It Ate my Skin off and It Got Deep What Can I Do?

i had a sunburn/windburn i scratch side of nose dr told me to put silverdine on it..it ate my skin off and it got deep it filled in alot but skin not closing over it i'm on blood thinner and i'm told they make it hard to heal
