I Lost Skin Elasticity from Pharmaceuticals. I Did Not Lose Any Weight. Is This Reversible?

This is not a side effect. The pills were too toxic for my body. I first saw wrinkled around my eyes, then my skin sagged within only a month. I haven't taken a pill for a couple months now. Is this reversible? I am 30. Please help!!
