Help for Dark Circles and Sunken Eyes
I have deep set eyes and now they're even more sunken. I'm 43 and I have I stopped smoking (5 years). I don't have bags, just dark circles and sunken eyes. I do have fine lines in the corners and discoloration in my skin around my mouth (probably from smoking). I haven't had any work done, not even microdermabrasion or peels. But they don't help around the eyes anyway. People ask me if I'm tired all the time even if I've slept well.

Procedure to fix baggy eyes
A permanent solution is a procedure called Blepharoplasty. Its almost like a Facelift but it targets the loose and baggy skin under the eyes to make them look younger. Its a fairly simple procedure and works quite well. You should ask a local plastic surgeon about it and look at before and after pictures online.
