Hyperhidrosis in Karachi

General class of medications for hyperhidrosis are anticholinergics, which rarely work. The trade name, for example, is Robinul. Consult a doctor and discuss with him the side effects and risks of using these medications. They should not be used during pregnancy and so on or if you have heart problems.

Botox

Using botox for palmar hyperhidrosis is an effective way to decrease sweating. The botox prevents the nerves from telling the sweat glands to secrete sweat.
Each palm will need 50 to 100 units depending on the size. The cost depends on the cost per unit in each office. Botox ranges from 10-15 dollars per unit in my area.

Miradry is best for underarms.

Excessive sweating is best treated by botox if it is available in Karachi...but

other options exist...sometimes a topical product with aluminum chloride type compounds may be helpful...like drysol or certain dri or even an antiperspirant applied in the evening before retiring...and at times an oral anticholinergic drug may be helpful...but can cause a dry mouth or difficulty urinating...generic name glycopyrrolate...those remain the major choices...but botox trumps them all
