You may have a problem

At 3 weeks, most of the early swelling, but not microscopic, should be resolved. You should return to your surgeon and have him or her check you for nerve issues, foreign material issues and compare pre versus post op movvement. This should be done soon especially if a nerve injury has occurred. If you are interested in a second opinion, seriously consider an experienced board cerified plastic surgeon .Good luck.
